Semantic Web Dog Food

This paper introduces MOAT, a lightweight Semantic Web framework that offers a simple and collaborative way to let Web 2.0 content producers bridge the gap between free-tagging and semantically-annotated content.That way, users can create inter-linked RDF data and solve some issues raised when using tags to annotate their data.
